Rotary Hong Kong Microfiction Competiton
Memory. Gift. - A project encouraging intergeneration care and communication
A first-of-its-kind project that involves secondary school students in hearing and learning about the life of and the challenges faced by elders through training, research, interviews and volunteer visits and then expressing their insights through a 45-word microfiction

A project promoting self-care and emotional fitness
An innovative project that promotes daily 3-min microbreaks for self-care ane emotional fitness. The project encourages creativity, self-expression and sharing for a fun and relaxing time amidst fast-pace Hong Kong.

FRE3mins Youth
A project promoting the FRE3mins concept to Youth
This project aims to build resilience and the ability to manage stress among young people to build healthy habits for emotional fitness and stress management. The project encourages young people to create fun content for relaxation - Content by the Youth, for the Youth.

The Futures Studio
A project equipping our youth in Hong Kong with futures literacy
In line with UNESCO's promotion of the concept of futures literacy, this project equips our young people in Hong Kong with what UNESCO called an essential competency in the 21st century - futures thinking skills for better management of self and exerting positive influence on others in face of uncertainty and volatile changes.

Nepal Service Project
We continue to support education in Nepal
Following our service trip in 2018, we continue to support Rotary Club of Pokhara Fishtail in various projects: construction of Block 2 of a village school, their handwashing facility project mask distribution project and the sanitary pad distribution project
